(MAZZ CONSTRUCTION) is founded in 2012 and serves in the fields of construction and contracting, infrastructure and superstructure and industrial construction.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Within the framework constituted by the conditions of competition and the integrity of our company, the following are the features we put in high-esteem: ensuring security of the information we access and meeting the customer and international prerequisites- not just for the sake of functionality and performance, but also for the sake of our clients’ security standards and international security standards .\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n As MAZZ CONSTRUCTION, it is our primary duty to protect our company’s corporate and commercial reputation. Within this scope, ensuring the safety of our firm, our employees and our clients and ensuring that our processes continue with minimal interruptions are integral parts to this service.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n As the service requires, MAZZ Construction aims to achieve robust IT solutions by implementing a risk-based management system, based on international standards and corporate management strategies, and to protect its know-how in the best possible manner. For these purposes, Mazz Construction established the information security management system (ISMS) to establish a common information safety understanding that abides ISO 27001:2013 standards.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n ISMS ensures that risks against the information security of our operational processes are not ignored, and implements controls that will manage risks. ISMS is realized so that it can encompass all work processes and all the physical and electronic information assetts within the body of MAZZ Construction -a key factor in minimizing the risks, ensuring that it is up-to-date and sustaining its functionality.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n MAZZ CONSTRUCTION Information Safety Management System is built and maintained by the contributions of all of its employees, and is constantly optimized under their conscious and sensitive approach. Protecting and processing information to support business goals requires specifying new business steps and services. Our Organisation Manual specifies who among our employees is tasked with which information security activity.<\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Our company considers information security as “the protection of privacy, integrity and accessibility of information”. Within this scope, MAZZ considers:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n privacy as protection of sensitive information against unauthorized access, \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n integrity as protection of the veracity and completeness of information, \u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/div>\n accessibility as the readiness of information for authorized use whenever deemed necessary.<\/i>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n OUR ISMS activities are based on risk assessment: we first define the work processes and specify the information assets, and then attribute ownership to all the processes and assets. The processes, assets and their owners are carefully selected among from those who know best the importance of the Company in terms of privacy, integrity and accessibility; who also are aware of the risks involved, and can specifity the risk sources; and who know the probabilities of risks appearing, their impact and the requiried protection level against them. Risk evaluation is also based on these data.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n All employees under the body of our company, all persons and corporations working within the contracts are liable to protect privacy, integrity and security of information whether in electronic or print format or in other forms, to constantly maintain the integrity of information sources, to provide required level of security and backups, and not to use information to violate laws and regulations, not to transfer proprietary information from company without proper authorization, and to carry out their responsibilities while being aware of the fact that they might be held liable of the setbacks should they occur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In order to coordinate the information security management activities, our company has established an information security committee. This committee is in charge of establishing policies, procedures and standards related with the subdomains of information security policy and information security. This committee will later serve to ensure the up-to-dateness of the system. This committee is formed of the Director General who is the chairperson, and has Corporate Communications Coordinator and Information Security Manager as its members.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The Committee, planned to meet at least once a year, will review its security policy at these meetings, constantly improve and ensure smooth functioning of the processes and other subsystems, and meet the requirements of ISO 27001:2013. The committee is authorized and will be held liable to maintain the efficiency of the ISO 9001 quality management system and its coordination.
